The conference will address the hidden patterns of abuse by discussing the phenomenon of spiritual and sexual abuse of CWRs from an academic perspective – a first for the world – and will bring together scholars from multiple disciplines. The panels will address themes including CWRs as victims and perpetrators, spiritual abuse as well as systemic factors.

This handbook helps readers to uncover many different paths to developing their skills in leadership and organisation within the nonprofit sector, which will help them become effective and trustworthy managers who inspire confidence when dealing with donors, the media and the organisation’s partners.

The project will be implemented over 5 years. It builds on and contributes to improve a holistic education for adolescent girls starting in 3 African countries, through catalytic and long-term investments in secondary school, post- secondary school learning through Professional Internship Programs and tertiary education.
